Registration Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use sportstoto's services.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. sportstoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Password Security
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password.
- Do not share your login details with any third party. sportstoto will never ask for your password via email or chat.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
- Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All sportstoto users agree to comply with the platform's usage rules. This platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for any activity that contravenes the law.
Strictly prohibited activities on the sportstoto platform include:
- Fraud, manipulation, or any form of misconduct in gameplay or betting.

Payment & Transaction Details (MYR)
Deposit
- All transactions on sportstoto are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).
- Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local banks listed on the platform.
- Minimum deposit amounts and limits will be set and displayed during the deposit process. sportstoto reserves the right to modify these limits without prior notice.
- All deposits are subject to internal verification and processing. sportstoto is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment operators.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's support section, subject to successful identity verification.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the sportstoto account holder.
- Sportstoto reserves the right to withhold or cancel withdrawals if there is any suspicion of fraud or breach of terms.
- All winnings from bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus offer is made.

Account Policy, Suspension & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Sportstoto reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if:
- There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms and conditions.
- Information provided during registration is found to be false or inaccurate.
- Accounts suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misconduct.
- The user has registered additional accounts (multiple accounts).
- The user has abused the bonus or promotion system.
During the suspension period, access to the account and accumulated balance may be temporarily restricted while an investigation is conducted. sportstoto will notify the user via their registered email where possible.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
Changes to Terms
Sportstoto reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
